Novel- Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

Our business has been following this issue closely, and has acted proactively to implement sound strategies in order to mitigate both health and commercial risk, ensuring our processes continue with minimal impact.
The safety of our team is paramount, and following guidance given by the Australian Government and the World Health Organisation, we have enabled the appropriate guidelines and tools to ensure that any of our team members can efficiently and effectively work from home without interruption, should this become necessary. Furthermore, inter-office health and hygiene has been escalated to include the following:
  • Additional sanitising stations installed
  • Increased sanitisation of common spaces
  • Hand-washing training guides and signage posted around the office area
  • Restrictions on kitchen utensil and space usage
  • Elimination of all unnecessary personal contact and interaction (including client meetings)

We would like to reassure our customers that packaging supply will continue with minimal impact, as offshore manufacturing plants are back functioning to usual capacity, and have returned to standard manufacturing lead times. With the addition of our local manufacturing facilities, we have a solid supply chain capability across the breadth of our network.
