It primarily depends on your products’ needs. We can tailor make plastic film specifications to suit your product and create the best suited seafood and meat packaging bags. These films can be made into standard pouches, vacuum pouches or as lids for a formed container. Close the Loop can also provide shrink or thermoforming films that make for an effective way to pack and showcase meat products.

Meat and seafood packaging boxes can also be lined with an additional plastic layer or freezer-proof coating, not only to preserve the contents but also the entire package’s integrity. 

Apart from functional packaging requirements for product preservation, the governments of New Zealand and Australia require meat packaging to contain critical information for consumers. This includes product name, expiry date, supplier’s details, and other information.
